The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are valid between you and Garbo&Friends AB (Reg. No. 556872-1319) ("Garbo&Friends"; may be referred to as "us" and "we") and apply to all use of and orders placed on the Garbo&Friends website garboandfriends.com, and orders made by telephone or email (together: the "Website"). Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. Garbo&Friends reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
My account
When you place an order on garboandfriends.com, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, we will store the information you provide, such as shipping and billing address and email address. You will be able to log in to view your order history, track your order and register returns. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please contact customer@garboandfriends.com.
Placing an order
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone or email, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost and you will be required to re-enter your selection.
Order confirmation
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the products you have ordered, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Acceptance and shipping confirmation
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification constitutes our acceptance of your order. Please note that Garbo&Friends does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable and we have already received payment, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase. When your order has been delivered and Garbo&Friends has received full payment, ownership of the purchased products passes to you and you assume responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage.
Colours
Garbo&Friends' aim to describe the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, due to screen colour settings, the colours of products shown in pictures on the Website may differ somewhat from their actual colours. Garbo&Friends cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
Prices
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. Prices and delivery costs may vary from time to time. Garbo&Friends is not bound by the price until Garbo&Friends has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. If the price has changed before we have accepted your order, we will notify you and give you the option to place a new order at the new price or cancel.
Payments
We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country. For a full overview of payment options, please see our FAQ. You confirm that any payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the account holder to use it. All card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details. For security reasons, we do not store payment information in our database. Garbo&Friends reserves the right to reject or cancel a purchase if fraud or misuse of a payment method is suspected.
Stored payment details
When logged in to your Garbo&Friends account, you can choose to save your card details for future purchases. Your details are protected using encryption and can be updated or deleted at any time from your account settings.
Delivery
We offer different shipping methods as specified at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving the order. Dispatch may take up to 5 business days during sale periods. We operate Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish public holidays. If Garbo&Friends fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
Sweden
Swedish orders can be delivered to a pickup point of your choice, to a Budbee Box, or directly to your door with Budbee home delivery – all within 2–5 business days. During sale periods or times of high order volume, delivery may take up to 10 business days. For Budbee deliveries, all communication and scheduling is handled directly through the Budbee app.
Europe and rest of the world
We work with a selection of leading carriers to ensure the best delivery experience for your order. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days with the exception of sale periods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only – delays may occur due to payment authorization or customs clearance. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You are entitled to withdraw your purchase by submitting notice thereof to Garbo&Friends within 30 days of the date on which you have received the product. Please send us an email to customer@garboandfriends.com. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. Refund relating to the right of
withdrawal
If you withdraw your purchase, Garbo&Friends will issue a refund of the amount paid, excluding the original shipping cost. We will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, provided that Garbo&Friends has received the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at purchase. Please note that Garbo&Friends reserves the right to reduce the refund if the product's value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
Defective products
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 2022:260) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. You must always notify Garbo&Friends within a reasonable time after detecting any defect. If Garbo&Friends considers the product to be defective, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs.

Garbo&Friends' liability will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order.
Provision Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision. The invalid provision shall be replaced with terms that give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the international sale of goods act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm as the court of first instance. Please also note that you may file claims against Garbo&Friends before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se.
