Delivery times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 5 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.

An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours please contact our Customer Service Team.

Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.

Shipping costs

For orders above 899 SEK within Sweden, shipping is free. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated, added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Traceable orders

Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time by clicking the tracking link in the dispatch email. You can also sign into your account and via "Your Orders" track your order from there.

Swedish Orders

Swedish orders can be delivered to a pickup point of your choice, to a Budbee Box, or directly to your door with Budbee home delivery — all within 2–5 business days. During sale periods or times of high order volume, delivery may take up to 10 business days. For Budbee deliveries, all communication and scheduling is handled directly through the Budbee app.

International orders

We work with a selection of leading carriers to ensure the best delivery experience for your order. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, with the exception of sale periods. Available shipping options for your country are shown at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines – delays may occur due to for example payment authorization or customs clearance. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Custom & Import fees

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, including local delivery errors or international customs issues. The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. All Garbo&Friends orders are shipped from Sweden (EU).

Late delivery

If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service Team at customer@garboandfriends.com.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is declined, not picked up, or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to our warehouse, Garbo&Friends will refund the order and charge a fee of €30 / $30 / £30 / 300 SEK deducted towards shipping and handling fees.

If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/taxes for the order, Garbo&Friends will charge the amount the customs that the country in question charges us.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Garbo&Friends ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked and damage-free when leaving our warehouse. Any damage that occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to our Customer Service Team immediately at customer@garboandfriends.com.
