General Information

We hope you will love everything you have ordered from us, but if something isn't quite right, we have a 30 day returns policy from the day you receive your order. This applies to full priced and sale items.

Accepted Return

The item needs to be returned in an unaltered condition for you as a customer to receive a full refund. Therefore, make sure that the label and packaging are still intact. If you are unsure whether your return will be approved – email customer@garboandfriends.com before making your return.

Refund

Refunds are made to the same account you used at the time of purchase; it can take up to 14 working days for the refund to reach you.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a purchased item and want a new product, variant or size, please return the wrong item and place a new order for the correct item.

Denied returns

We reserve the right to refuse your return if the returned product is judged to be in unsaleable condition such as:

  • The product is stained/damaged in a way that must have resulted from use.
  • The product is returned with poor packaging so the product has been damaged in the return carriage.
  • The product is returned without labels.
  • The product is washed.
  • The product smells – due to, for example, perfume/pet/smoke

Returns with Budbee

If you've ordered from us and chose Budbee delivery, you can easily return your package with Budbee. A return fee of 49 SEK (Sweden) or €5 (international orders) will be charged once we process your return.

How to return your order in 4 easy steps – via Budbee (only for orders sent with Budbee)

  1. Go to the Budbee app and go to the order you want to return.
  2. Click “Book return” and choose whether the parcel should be picked up at your door or via Budbee Box.
  3. Pack the item well, you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel holds the freight.
  4. Choose if you want to return at the door or via box.

International Customers

Garbo&Friends does not cover potential custom fees and only accepts international (outside of the EU) returns sent with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Returns sent without custom fees paid will have the customs fees that are charged to us, deducted from the refund.

When paying the duty fees, you must declare the correct value of the item(s). Declaring the value as 0 causes problems when processing the return and may delay your refund.

Returning your purchase

  1. Pack the items you wish to return.
  2. If you can, re-use the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and for Swedish customers contact us at customer@garboandfriends.com to receive a return label. European and International clients are recommended to use a traceable shipping option.
  3. Drop the parcel off at a drop-off point of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please ask for proof of postage and keep the receipt until your return has been processed.
  4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Hygiene articles

Hygiene articles such as face masks and pacifiers cannot be returned due to safety hazards. Any plastic packaging on the product is not a seal and is thus not sufficient proof that the product is unopened.

Returned hygiene items will be destroyed and not refunded or sent back.

Claim

If you have received a faulty product, you have the right to claim the defect for up to three years from the date you received the item. Please report the defect as soon as possible after you discover it. Garbo&Friends covers the return cost for faulty products if we need the item sent to us to investigate the fault further and take it up with our supplier.
