Shipping & Handling

Delivery times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 5 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.

An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours please contact our Customer Service Team.

Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. When your order has been delivered to the nearest pickup point, you will be notified via the contact information provided in connection with your purchase.

Shipping costs

For orders above 999 SEK within Sweden, shipping is free. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated, added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Traceable orders

Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time by clicking the tracking link in the “Your order has been despatched” email. You can also sign into your account and via “Your Orders”, track your order from there.

Countries we ship to

Garbo&Friends currently ships to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Swedish Orders

Swedish orders sent to a pickup point of your choice are shipped with DHL or Schenker and will be delivered within 2-5 business days, with the exception of sale periods. A text notification will be sent to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected.

For at home deliveries with Budbee, your order will be delivered to your door within 2-5 business days, with the exception of sale periods. Go to Budbee’s app for more instructions and information on what they need from you to be able to make the delivery.

International orders

International orders are shipped with DHL or UPS and will be delivered within 5-10 business days with the exception of sale periods. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Custom & Import fees

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, including local delivery errors or international customs issues. The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are in all cases payable by the customer upon receipt and may be affected by customs and excise delays. All Garbo&Friends orders are shipped from Sweden (EU).

Late delivery

If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service Team at customer@garboandfriends.com. This may mean that there is an issue with your order, contact us to avoid further delays.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is declined, not picked up, or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to our warehouse, Garbo&Friends will refund the order and charge a fee of €30 / 300 SEK deducted towards shipping and handling fees.

If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/ taxes for the order, Garbo&Friends will charge the amount the customs that the country in question charges us, the amount for this can vary.

If you have any questions about this or would like for us to send a receipt to you stating the customs charges, please contact our Customer Service Team at customer@garboandfriends.com. If you have any questions or issues about the customs charges, please contact your local customs office to resolve the situation.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Garbo&Friends ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked and damage-free when leaving our warehouse. Any damage that occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to our Customer Service Team immediately at customer@garboandfriends.com
