Wholesale Manager

Garbo&Friends is looking for a Wholesale Manager to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for our wholesale accounts, driving sustainable growth through the achievement of sales targets and KPIs. You will work to strengthen partnerships, develop and expand our wholesale business as well as optimize distribution and ensure consistent brand execution. This is a full-time position based at Garbo&Friends’ headquarters in Stockholm starting as soon as possible.

You are a hands-on and result-driven professional with strong sales execution focus and passion for customer success. You are a communicative and engaging team player that effectively build and sustain strong relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners. You have a self-going and solution-oriented personality and you excel in sales management.

  • Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and brand ambassador for Garbo&Friends
  • Work towards the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing sales strategies that support sustainable and profitable growth.
  •  Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, implementing commercial initiatives to maximize account performance and long-term potential.
  • Lead market appointments and sales campaigns, presenting collections and providing clients with relevant market insights and product guidance.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimize sell-through, replenishment and distribution.
  • Ensure wholesale distribution aligns with buying strategies, pricing architecture and Garbo&Friends’s online retail strategies.
  •  Manage day-to-day administrative processes including order placement and processing, order confirmations, logistics coordination and payment follow-ups.
  •  Conduct store visits, plan and participate in fairs to deliver for example product training, strengthen brand awareness and add to our existing customer stock.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of experience in wholesale within the European or Global market, preferably within premium home textile or fashion.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of wholesale distribution, pricing and market dynamics.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Extend Commerce is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel as required.
