Shipping within Sweden cost 49 SEK with Post Nord Standard Delivery or Schenker. Delivery time is usually between 2-5 business days after Garbo&Friends’s approval and confirmation of your order with default delivery services.
We offer free shipping on orders within Sweden over 1000 SEK, please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

UPS Standard 3-5 Days
Cost. €20/ 200 SEK
Shipping within Europe cost € 20/ 200 SEK. All European orders are shipped with UPS and requires a signature upon delivery. For UPS orders when the courier could not reach you at the point of delivery*, your order will be sent to a UPS Service Point where you can pick up the parcel, you will be notified via the contact information provided in connection with your purchase as to where you can pick up the parcel.
*UPS will only do 1 delivery attempt before leaving the parcel at a Service Point.
UPS Express 5-10 Business days
Cost. €40 / 400 SEK
International deliveries cost € 40/ 400 SEK. All international orders are shipped with UPS and requires a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between the hours 9 am to 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing the order, for example your work address (recommended).
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, included local delivery error or international customs issues. The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are in all cases payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by customs and excise delays.
Please note that expected delivery times may vary depending on product availability; for items that are on sale; and due to other unforeseen circumstances. If an item is out of stock, or due to be delivered later than expected, you will be notified by email.
When your order has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in connection with your purchase. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org. When your order has been delivered to the nearest pick-up point, you will be notified via the contact information provided in connection with your purchase.
If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact us! This may mean that there is an issue with your order, contact us to avoid further delays.
If an order is declined, not picked up or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to our warehouse, Garbo&Friends will refund the order and charge a fee of € 25 / 250 SEK towards shipping and handling fees.
If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/ taxes for the order, Garbo&Friends will charge the amount the customs that the country in question charges us, the amount for this can vary.

Garbo&Friends ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked and damage free when leaving our warehouse. Any damage occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to our customer service immediately.
